Your audio stays on your device until processing succeeds or you delete it. Open Activity to retry when you are online. If the app needs microphone access, open Apple Settings and allow Microphone for heyv16.

Saved is optional. Turn it on from Saving and approve the Apple passkey prompt. The same Saved identity makes encrypted text history available on approved Apple devices. Recording still works when Saved is off.

Export and Delete heyv16 data are available in Saving. You do not need to contact support to delete your account or content. Read the Privacy Policy for the full retention and provider details.
